Car was not ready on time . Car was in for an anniversary wash and clean. Wiper blades were changed and the outside of the was washed. However the inside of the car and boot were not cleaned .
I was kept up to date with information whilst I waited for the service to be carried out. I have yet to receive information by e/mail regarding BMW dash and rear facing cameras.
Everything was as promised
After phoning to obtain a quote based upon mileage and time I was quoted £289 for a service. Upon arrival that price went up to £569 as the call centre did not correctly quote, and finally ended up £200 more than quoted
The fact that I have dealt with Westerley for some years now since moving to the area says it all.
Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership were focused on making sure everything went smoothly without drama, Very friendly bunch of people.

Again customer service very poor , no curtsy cars had to go through enterprise , very poor considering bmw are a leading car company ,ford miles above as I have three company vans with ford they can't do enough for you , bmw very poor and rude !!!

Because I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my car key back having been told it would be 2 minutes- the service person told me he got delayed dealing with 2 other customers who subsequently came in. It got me wondering what I was, if not a customer!

After an irritating start and some time in the workshop the car was declared ok and handed back to me by another member of staff with a totally different - better - idea of customer service .

It was completed speedily and without fuss.
Whilst I appreciate £20 for a new set of wiper blades and an "inside and out car clean" is good value the clean was terrible. Literally seemed like a bucket of water was tipped over the car and that was it.
As usual there are no complaints. Could not ask for anything more.

Mark on the servicing desk was really helpful, made sure my breaks were ok and that the car was checked quickly to minimise any risk to me.
The car was collected from my home, serviced and valeted without any fuss.
Having been promised the car at 4.00pm, it was not ready until well after 5. When I arrived at 4.00 I was told that it was being washed (despite still being parked in the car park) and would be ready within 10 minutes. It took another hour!
Richard was very helpful on reception with regular updates. I received a video of the work being carried out which was great.

Took time to arrange date, vehicle not ready at expected time, had to have courtesy car overnight and return following day. Service department seems overloaded. Other BMW garages appear to be in similar state.

Service indicator for brake pads was manually reset back to 20,000 miles: not explained on collection. I believe we were "forgotten" while the vehicle was valeted; we waited over 90 mins in the customer lounge. Service record not updated
