Clean and tidy work with no issues.
Wanted to charge £860 to replace all brake discs and pads amongst other charges to pass MOT. Queried how a) all needed replacement at same time and b) why car sensors didn't alert. Local garage dismissed these and passed with just a few failures
The fault which was "repaired" reoccurred immediately and therefore the car is having to go back in

Video from the service team. Park & ride tickets vital for getting into work. Car wash very thorough!! Only reason it wasn't a 5 is there was only 1 staff member on the desks when I arrived so a bit of a wait when I needed to dash off to work.
Loose intake box and missing tow eye
This is a recognised BMW problem. I would have expected my local BMW franchise to be more responsive or at least to represent the problem to BMW UK.

Nothing too much trouble
Painless short notice full service booked in and hire car supplied; no fuss. Great video showing oil being changed and rational for pass of tyres and suspension. Team were happy to look at and advise on minor lock fault for free during service thanks
The service went smoothly as I expected it to.
I was booked in efficiently but with zero engagement. When collecting the car the price quoted had risen from £500 to £635. On trying to understand why I was basically shouted at. Pretty unbelievable and unnecessary. I won't be returning as a result.
I have an 8 month old X2 which I had purchased new and which had developed a small problem. The lady I tried to arrange a date with and travel arrangements for from Sidmouth was not very helpful. The actual work carried and service was great.

You offer a very high standard of service but your prices (over £800 this time) are quite crippling. Lying in a darkened room now with cold towels over my bank account, hoping that it will recover. You really do challenge our loyalty to the brand.

My car was due to be checked from a 2nd recalI choose to have a park and ride pass as it was a 3 week wait to have a courtesy car. When asked if car was to be cleaned I said yes ,,, unfortunately when I collected my car no cleaning was done.

There was more of an issue with my car than originally thought and the car had to be kept for several days. I was kept informed of all developments and a replacement car was found for me.
Not made clear why I
When I left the car with Westerly that morning we agreed that it would be ready for me to collect at 2.30pm. I was there at 2pm and waited until after 3pm before the car was available. I had to forgo the free wash, but the coffee was good.
If a complimentary clean is offered it should be done well, my alloy wheels showed signs of dirt that certainly would not have made it into your showroom. It was raining when I picked up the car so did not bother to go back and report.
Easy booking, excellent video communication and commentary, ready on time.
The experience would have been 5 Star however my car required AdBlue (Warning light on) and there was none available to top-up. A simple thing but not what I expected.
The vehicle we were told would be cleaned after the service but was returned untouched
Thanks for video of end of warranty check-up. Tyre treads were checked; had the tyre walls been inspected the missing valve cap would have been noticed - something I had intended to mention.

Performed an MOT while I waited in warm and comfortable surroundings with Coffee, WiFi and BBC news channel. Also washed and hoovered the vehicle
The car came in for a recall. Due to us noticing an exhaust smell this was dealt with promptly. It was noticed that the wiper blades needed replacing which we were happy to have done and also the rear brake pads.
A very good team a Exeter
It took THREE weeks to repair a puncture! Ok, I understand that every business has supply issues every so often, but to keep being told that it's normal to allow 10 working days for any repair, even a tyre....a joke!
