In for MOT (delayed by the pandemic for six months). Asked for minor work to be attended to first if needed to get through the certification. Call received from Sean later in the day to 'assure (me) of peaceful night's sleep' as Test was complete.

Basically I was made to feel like a priority and well looked after. Particular thanks to James Dixon in sales. A small fix on a piece of trim on my car was dealt with swiftly and with a loan car available at short notice.
