The car came in for a recall. Due to us noticing an exhaust smell this was dealt with promptly. It was noticed that the wiper blades needed replacing which we were happy to have done and also the rear brake pads.

It took THREE weeks to repair a puncture! Ok, I understand that every business has supply issues every so often, but to keep being told that it's normal to allow 10 working days for any repair, even a tyre....a joke!
Service was great, they car was cleaned and hovered which I didn't expected

The problem was identified very quickly and the necessary part(s) ordered and fitted the same day. The loan vehicle had a problem and they arranged another within a reasonable time.

Warm and friendly engagement from all of the team. Particularly the service desk, who are absolutely fantastic. There are 3 BMW dealerships which are closer to me, but based on service and staff alone i happily drive the extra distance
Work needed was done on time and complete
I phoned Westerly and spoke with a junior member of staff who promised I would receive a call back from the Service Manager. I also emailed a copy of the speeding notice which was returned to the police with the garage details.
From the moment I entered your building I felt very comfortable and not under any pressure. There is a very friendly atmosphere.

Servicing for simple things is ridiculously expensive and I was charged £18 for uploading the service record to the car. I wasn't told about this and I wanted the MOT document which I wasn't given. I left a voice message and emailed Westerly Exeter

The handover was v poor and it was me that flagged up there was a problem. I was told it needed to come back in for a replacement part but no one could tell me what. Only when contacted about the 2nd booking was I told the windscreen needed replacing

Nothing out of the ordinary really, which is exactly what you'd expect from a quality brand. Just good service without it coming across as you excelling. It's nothing more or anything less than I'd expect from BMW. Quality!

When I phoned for the result of my MOT, I was told that it had failed on suspension and brakes. However, on the certification documentation, it was clear that the need for new brakes was merely advisory. I complained and received an apology.
Bought an X5 Hybrid. When it was ready to pick up it had no charge in the electric so had to drive away on petrol. 1st time buying electric so really excited when picking it it but felt a bit deflated driving away. Also E-Drive button disconnected!!
Front nearside wheel was damaged or got mistakenly swapped during work on my brakes.

I was surprised to discover that a fundamental part of the efficient engine management namely the Adblue was not part of the service program. Therefore it was not checked. The remaining mileage for top up has been constant for the last several months
Great to be offered a valet and vac , shame the operator could not find the wheels and clean them as efficiently as the rest of the vehicle.. All front of house staff were excellent with their interface to us during our visit .

The whole service was smooth, straightforward and the staff pleasant. I would have given 5 (completely satisfied) if a courtesy car had been available - I had asked when I called and made the appointment and was told there was none available.

One issue which I would say you should have done better was with a small scratch i noticed after I drove the car away i was given a touch up stick to resolve it myself !!!!. I did drive off then reflected and suggested you could do this,.
Have had an Air Bag Fault for years and Westerly BMW in Exeter are the first Dealer that found the fault. Cooper (Tunbridge Wells) &, Rybrook BMW (Shrewsbury) could not find the problem.
We have had an ongoing fault with a 4 month old car which Westerly Barnstable were unable to fix. We had the car recovered to Exeter this time and they were helpful and knowledgeable and it appears they have cured the fault. Thanks for your efforts.
