They diagnosed the problem and informed me what they are going to do and how long it will take.
Excellent there is no other word for it. Westley has definitely got it right how to treat a customer.

From start to end it was plain sailing. All questions answered and all paperwork sent via email as I was away working at the time.

I was however disappointed with the BMW Connected experience which was not easy and caused stress in its set up. This did let down the experience that Westerly worked so hard to make excellent.
