Communication re storage of my summer tyres didnt get through to the end person however, they subsequently phoned me to find out my wishes.
Good staff/customer engagement and very proffessional indeed. Reception staff brilliant and 'on the ball'.
They collected my car, hopefully actually serviced it, replaced an alloy under warranty and then returned it. No issues.
Efficient and courteous service from Westerly Exeter.
The problem took some time to sort but really the solution was simple and could be found on vehicle settings. I think we all learnt something.

My BMW had a sensor issue. The spare part was not in stock so it had to be ordered. I received a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. My car was repaired by early the next day. Brilliant service.

Service advisor let score down by attitude, and was promised call back following week with a offer of possible service package which didnt happen! Service advisor didnt even have knowledge of costs or agreements. This is not professional.

My car was collected for the service and returned afterwards.A service advisor confirmed by phone later that work had been completed and confirmed that my car would be returned before 6 p.m. It arrived at about 7.00 p.m. without further ETA update.
I was well cared for - could not have been better.
Booking in was easy, staff were polite, diagnosed the fault from my description and were informative upon collection of the work carried out.
Service was professional in store. Phone experience could be improved with properly briefed operators.

Took my BMW 520d M Sport in for a KDS wheel alignment check. Car setup with standard suspension rather than sport. Had to take it back to redone.

Also it was BMW who had put the service indicator on without me requesting it. The service manager was more concerned that I had gone elsewhere to get my brakes done and begrudging said they would look it over to make sure the work was carried out
Very professional and courteous
I booked a courtesy car for a service but was told on arrival that it would only be 1 hour. However, it was 1.5 hours and no courtesy car was either. Not really big issues in the grand scheme of life but left me with a bad feeling.

on the occasion when you were not able to do the service due to insufficient mileage at least you did a basic check on the car and valeted it and provided bus tickets into the city.
The computer came up with a Service Warning on the dashboard.BMW Emergency were quick efficient and Job-All-Done before I could drive off in the free rental car

I gave 4/5 because gentleman who deals with me was complaining to me about another customer. This is not professionalism and certainly not expected from BMW.
Gremlins in the system. Unfortunately on my last visit an advisory on the dashboard indicating faulty parking lights ended being a case of no fault found. Modern technology sometimes one does wonder.
Timely check in. Friendly. Service and MOT seems Ok, but I would have preferred more explanation of items covered in service without needing to check on pick up. Also would prefe a service booklet with recorded servicing in one place.

Getting through to the service department can be very hit and miss when calling. I could not get a price for the service over the phone so I checked on line, when it came to pay Exeter bmw the cost of the service was £50 more than advertised online.

Neal our sales rep was very accommodating, especially when we realised what we thought we wanted did not match the reality! This meant 5 test drives in different models with different engines, transmission etc... This was extremely important to us.
After waiting 8 weeks for my new M240i - some of what I asked for wasnt done for the dealership to get the sale by the end of the month. The tracker on my old M235i never got swapped and my private plate couldnt be put on due to DVLA issues.

The first sales person failed to return my calls paying deposit. I did not like some of his comments/reasons for not replying to my 4 calls. Spoke with management and asked for another salesman.
During PDI fault with radio discovered delaying handover whilst replacement part was sent from Germany - 10 days!

A last-minute administrative problem over Westerly's allocation of the registration number meant that we had to re-arrange all the insurance documentation with our insurers over the weekend prior to the Monday car delivery. Tricky, but just made it.
