The service was incorrectly booked elsewhere, not at Exeter where I purchased the car and have had all services. Thus my car could not be finished until the end of the day which did not suit my plans and meant I had to pick it up the next day.

Everything went smoothly & timely. Traces of oil were found (on a drive shaft?) this was drawn to my attention & advised it was cleaned off & well keep an eye on it. I expected a follow-up with a proposed course of action/revisit, but nothing yet!

I had previously been with VW and a colleague who was giving me a lift was with Lexus and we always got offered a coffee/Tea on arrival, particularly as we were due to spend decent amounts of money.

Although originally they said they couldnt do the work needed for a couple of weeks they did do it in a couple of days.

When i booked it in for the service and MoT I was told it would take about 2hrs. I was given an 11am slot. When I arrived I was told it would be 3hrs not 2. I was then informed thy wouldn't start it until 11.30 as they were on a break! It took 4hrs!

As previously mentioned the collection experience wasn't what I'd hoped for. Greg did well with the environment at his disposal though. My new car collections from Audi were a better experience. Greg was great and very helpful though.
arron at exeter was very genuine and easy to warm to he always explained things well and treated us well he kept us in touch with delivery dates it was an excellent process.
