The process of booking was easy with a appointment time that was convenient to me. The dealership has a system of allowing customers to catch a bus into the nearby city, which suits us. Waiting area is comfortable with hot drinks and newspapers.

My car was meant to be fixed but went wrong a week later. No explanation of the fault rectified was ever properly given. The manager dealing with me was rude and only sent text massages even though I’d asked for a call.

I went on a Sunday and I there were no buses into town or nearby shops I could have waited in the showroom but 3 hrs is a while to wait So I walked quite a way there and back to nearest outlet which did me good but it was raining
