The process of booking was easy with a appointment time that was convenient to me. The dealership has a system of allowing customers to catch a bus into the nearby city, which suits us. Waiting area is comfortable with hot drinks and newspapers.
Only the work booked in for was carried out, no hidden extras. Very reasonable price. The previous statement applies.

My car was meant to be fixed but went wrong a week later. No explanation of the fault rectified was ever properly given. The manager dealing with me was rude and only sent text massages even though Id asked for a call.
Entirely happy with the technical and mechanical aspects of the work done. In addition general welcome and customer service excellent.
Easy and quick
As above - not quite a 5. A few days after the service, I had my front tyres checked and both needed replacing. I thought this could have been picked up at the service - or at least a warning that they were close to the limit or near the limit.
The service was done and the garage kept me informed on progress whilst I waited

My visit was prompted by a dashboard warning that implied the brake pads were worn. However, it transpired that the warning was of a general nature and was traced to the battery being low on charge.
I went on a Sunday and I there were no buses into town or nearby shops I could have waited in the showroom but 3 hrs is a while to wait So I walked quite a way there and back to nearest outlet which did me good but it was raining

Tyres replaced. But forgot my request for a replacement tyre sealant canister.
Very happy. I was slightly disappointed with the lack of help on my bootlock which has stopped working. I would have expected a little more help in advise on how to open the boot so that I can fix it. Another BMW dealership they said would help more

Westerly Exeter went beyond what I expected - Warranty work was still carried out at no cost to me, despite being a few weeks past the end warranty date.

We received a letter from Westerly stating that we were due an "anniversary check-up". As usual it was a pleasure to be greeted by Steve who explained what the service entailed and we enjoyed a cup of coffee while the car was being serviced.

Again, the service team are excellent, even after having a slight meltdown when I was told the courtesy car I was being given was an automatic and a car much larger that I was used to driving.
Very satisfied with the sales representative. Had a dash cam fitted,no problem with this,but the after sales service needs a lot to be desired.The instruction manual does not contain enough information.

Sent my car in for MOT and it passed, was washed and hoovered, and had the hsndbrake tightened (I meant to ask for it to be adjusted but forgot - but they did it anyway.

Faulty Fuel Filter fitted, been sorted since.Car was NOT washed after the replacement filter was fitted Diesel was all over the Tail Gate and Glass
