It was all done very efficiently, although I miss not having a written record of the service history.
I went in with an issue with my car they sorted it quickly - I sat and worked in the customer area which is great

I was told approximately when my vehicle was going to be ready, but soon as it was ready I received a text they washed my vehicle and was all sorted under warranty.

The service staff dealt with my anniversary checkup together with two additional items. The service was completed on time and the additional items attended to. I received a text from Mike to inform me the car was ready for collection. Cleaned as well
Standard of work was OK but customer service attitudes were poor. Arriving, there were three people at their desks but no-one immediately greeted me and then I was kept waiting to be attended to. Customers waiting should take priority over paperwork.
My problem with the car could of been sorted out when it was in for the second visit meaning a third would of been not needed at all.

This was not a service per se, it was a repeat visit to remedy rattling window glass in both driver and passenger doors. This has been the third first for this problem.

The service was great, but I had highlighted that a front right dipped headlight was out and this was not rectified.

The centre carried out everything we agreed and provided a courtesy car for the car which helped with the inconvenience of having to hand the car over for a software update.

The report provided regarding tyres was comprehensive with a full explanation provided for the re-programming modifications carried out during the vehicles stay in the workshop, and the deal on the replacement wipers and windscreen clean excellent.

The car is only 16 months old and only 3500 miles and has the appearance of rust on the inner wheels. BMW say they wont do anything about it

I was contacted by Westerly's offering a pre End of W\arranty Check along with a Quality Enhanced Recall. They also carried out a brake fluid change and an MOT at the same time. Both of these last two items were charged at a very reasonable rate.
The response from the service team was excellent, despite it being an extremely busy forenoon at the centre which yielded a little delay in the return of the car.
Staff are very good but this time as last time they refused to wash our car and the vacuuming inside was very poor
Communication re storage of my summer tyres didnt get through to the end person however, they subsequently phoned me to find out my wishes.

They collected my car, hopefully actually serviced it, replaced an alloy under warranty and then returned it. No issues.

My BMW had a sensor issue. The spare part was not in stock so it had to be ordered. I received a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. My car was repaired by early the next day. Brilliant service.

If BMW were a different level of class to other car makes, then Westerly were a different level of class to all other BMW I dealt with. In Particular my main contact did everything he coul to help me.
