Great service, I live inTorquay and bought my car from Ocean in Paignton but had terrible customer service from them after I had purchased the car so I now travel to Exeter, its a long way but definitely worth it!??
Exeter were very helpful and resolved most of my issues.The only negative thing I would say is that each time I called or popped in a different person was dealing with my overseeing my repair - 4 different service reps in all.

My car was booked for a 08.30 MOT, brake fluid and recall. At 09.45 it had not moved from the car park, after chasing it finally got seen - got car back at 3pm! I was offered a car instead of waiting but this messed up my whole days plans

The salesman, Karl Mariner, was exceptional, a joy to do business with.There were problems at pick up and then a few weeks later as the installation (by the BMW staff) of a dash cam had caused problems with the battery.
Car required service plus software update. Service was fine but was told that software update was going to take 2 or maybe 4 hours so was able to make plans accordingly.
On Thursday the car was returned to my home, looked clean, but guess what? The roof had not been touched and was filthy with several large bird deposits, eating the paintwork.

I would have liked the tyre to be changed more quickly but the team were friendly and helpful and they were able to resolve the problem.
There is never any issue and the people on service reception make sure you are informed about what will happen and what has happened.

Always a warm welcome from the reception staff, which is one of the reasons why I make a 120-mile round trip to use Westerly.
I was able to book the car in for a service within a fortnight of my call to Westerly's at a time to suit me. It was helpful to receive texts reminding me that I was booked in. The desk staff are always pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

The process of booking was easy with a appointment time that was convenient to me. The dealership has a system of allowing customers to catch a bus into the nearby city, which suits us. Waiting area is comfortable with hot drinks and newspapers.

My car was meant to be fixed but went wrong a week later. No explanation of the fault rectified was ever properly given. The manager dealing with me was rude and only sent text massages even though Id asked for a call.
Only the work booked in for was carried out, no hidden extras. Very reasonable price. The previous statement applies.

As above - not quite a 5. A few days after the service, I had my front tyres checked and both needed replacing. I thought this could have been picked up at the service - or at least a warning that they were close to the limit or near the limit.

Regular updates were given between purchase and delivery. An extra months road tax was provided because delivery took a little longer than first anticipated.

Some deviation from the script should be encouraged according to each salemans character and for goodness sake let's get this 'handover' process streamlined. It took around an hour and a half for me to get the keys of my new car off the salesman.
